RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

* Returns must be requested within 2–5 days of receiving your hair.
* The lace must not be cut, coloured, bleached, customised or altered.
* The hair must remain unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
* Exchanges are accepted only if the hair is in its original condition.
* Hair that has been installed, washed, styled or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–12 business days.
