Yes. Once your order arrives, you can book an installation and styling appointment with us, see the Services section above for details.
Wash gently with sulfate-free products, avoid excessive heat where possible, and store it on a stand when you're not wearing it. This keeps it looking full and holding its shape for longer.
Immediately available units ship in approximately 1–3 working days. Preorder units take approximately 11–19 working days. Customisation, colouring, and styling require additional time on top of this. Processing begins once payment is confirmed, and any supplier, customs, or courier delays will be communicated to you. Delivery fee is R150.
Returns must be requested within 2–5 days of receiving your hair. The lace must not be cut, coloured, bleached, customised, or altered, and the hair must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges are only accepted if the hair is in this original condition. Hair that has been installed, washed, styled, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Approved refunds are processed within 5–12 business days. Please inspect your order carefully before cutting the lace or making any alterations, purchasing from Nay Luxe Hair means you agree to this policy.
